Windsor Half Marathon

We are offering places our team for the Windsor Half Marathon and Windsor 8K (women only) in return for a pledge of £100 sponsorship for the Half Marathon of £50 for the 8K. The Windsor Half Marathon takes place on the 7th of October 2012 and the 8K on the 6th.

We are delighted to announce that we were finalists in the prestigious Social Worker Awards. This is the first year that we were entered into these awards and out of the hundreds of nominees we were one of only two charities to be shortlisted. The awards ceremony took place at the House of Lords in December 2011.

2009 Leading Light 3-year accreditation by CAADA

This certification confirms that Berkshire East & South Bucks Women’s Aid’s IDVA service was visited by assessors from CAADA and was found by the Accreditation Panel on 23rd January 2009 to meet the standard of good and safe practice outlined in CAADA’s Leading Lights Key Criteria.

Continued good practice will keep this certificate valid until 23rd January 2012.
